About Me
My goal is to develop artificial intelligence and algorithms that advance human well-being, with particular interests in robotics, reinforcement learning, economics, healthcare, and multi-agent systems. Society's increasing ability to outsource cognitive labor to machines comes with new social and economic challenges while also enabling incredible prosperity. I am optimistic about the future of AI and eager to contribute to its responsible development.

Experience
I am a research assistant at Brigham Young University, focused on skill evaluation and decision-making in continuous-action domains. During my undergraduate years, I researched market entry strategy and performance guarantees for decentralized control systems. See my research tab for details on these projects.
I also have worked as a software engineer at Cúratus since 2022, completing various projects including automating the company's billing, developing a machine learning model for parsing full names, and writing code to extract, transform, and load large datasets.
Education
I completed my undergraduate education at Brigham Young University (BYU) in December 2024, with majors in computer science and economics and minors in mathematics and business.
I am currently pursuing a master's degree in computer science at BYU, where my thesis will focus on AI-assisted skill evaluation and decision-making in continuous-action domains, such as sports.
